This is a collection agency. The name of the entity is A.C.S. The number IDs as a cel phone but when dialed forwards to an inbound center. The trap is obvious- The number appears to be a legit caller, even after Googling, ie; it shows as a cel phone in the San Antonio area, but when dialed it forwards, probably carrying your caller ID info with it, and an operator announces the company name. never answered, but i am called many times a day, and when i call back i get "Nadine from the Rewards Dept.", whose voicemail inbox is full.

Constant phone calls

I emailed mygenevewatch and complained to them about 1. selling/giving my info to a third party. 2. about the calls. They refunded all money I had been charged...I didn't cancel in time and was charge the full amount....but the calls continued for about 3 days then someone was actually on the line when I answered and I asked this person to take my number off the call list and have not been bothered since. Of course I mentioned in my email that I had filed a complaint with the FCC.(which I did)
